Terms of Service.

Fixify General Maintenance LLC is a company registered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, offering MEP, fit-out, general maintenance, swimming pool maintenance, residential and commercial cleaning, civil works, and shades and tents services. We are based at M14, Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, and serve clients across the UAE.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site
• Use the Site to transmit harmful code or unsolicited advertising
• Copy, reproduce, or republish Site content without our written permission

Any pricing, quotation, or estimate provided through the Site, WhatsApp, phone, or email is indicative only and is not binding until confirmed in writing—or through an agreed quotation document—by Fixify following a site visit or full assessment of the scope of work.

Once a quotation is accepted, we will schedule work at a mutually agreed date and time. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work within the estimated timeframe; however, timelines may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather, material availability, or site-access issues.

To allow us to deliver services safely and efficiently, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and work required
• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property or site at the agreed time
• Obtain necessary permissions—including building-management or landlord approval—before work starts, where applicable

Payment terms, including any deposit, milestone payments, or full payment on completion, will be agreed in writing as part of your quotation or service agreement. Late payment may result in delays to ongoing or future work.

Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service. Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a call-out or rescheduling charge, as agreed in your quotation.

Fixify General Maintenance LLC stands behind the quality of its workmanship. Specific warranty terms covering workmanship and, where applicable, materials or installed equipment will be provided as part of your service agreement or invoice.

To the extent permitted under UAE law, Fixify General Maintenance LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our Site or services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

All Site content—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of Fixify General Maintenance LLC or its licensors and is protected under applicable UAE intellectual-property law. You may not use our name, logo, or content without prior written permission.

If you upload photos or other content through our Request a Quote form, you confirm that you have the right to share it and grant us permission to use it solely to prepare your quotation and deliver the requested service.

Our Site may link to third-party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable regulations of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
